Dying is not a medical event; it is a human event.
Our goal is to provide care, information and support so that decisions made during this time represent the wishes and choices of the patient and family.
Our philosophy focuses on the elimination of pain and symptoms so the patient can go about the process of living well, loving well and concentrating on saying what is important at this time in life. Issues surrounding love, forgiveness, letting go and cherishing the presence of special people in our life need to be explored, acknowledged and accepted. Throughout this process, we will be there.
