Beth Frank, MBA,BSN, CPHQ and Samantha Bechtel, MSSA, LISW-S, ACHP-SW, GC-C will be presenting Advance Directives and Ethical Wills.

Advance Directives are a written statement of a person’s wishes regarding medical treatment, often including a living will, made to ensure those wishes are carried out should the person be unable to communicate them to a doctor. Beth Frank will discuss the importance of having these documents in place and how beneficial they can be for your family, when you are no longer able to communicate.

An ethical will is a written expression of memories, beliefs, values, faith, hopes, life lessons, love and forgiveness. By creating an Ethical Will, you are leaving a legacy to your family and friends.Samantha Bechtel will discuss the importance of an Ethical Will along with different formats in which these can be created.
