By becoming a “Monthly Giving” donor you are aiding in creating a ripple effect. Ongoing monthly donations allow us to have funds to rely on in order to continue to grow and nourish the programs and services offered at Stein Hospice.
If you need to cancel your monthly donation for any reason please call 419-625-5269 or email steinhospice@steinhospice.org. Please provide your name, email address, and phone number when requesting a donation cancellation.
